On Tuesday, April 9th, elections will be held for four positions for the Moraine Valley Community College Board of Trustees. The Moraine Valley Faculty Association and Moraine Valley Support Staff Association endorse the following candidates:
- John Brosnan Donahue (six-year term)
- Sandra S. Wagner (six-year term)
- Joseph P. Murphy (six-year term)
- Andrea Ramirez-Justin (two-year term)
These four candidates best represent the educational values embodied by Moraine Valley as we serve our students. These candidates will provide needed leadership for the future as community colleges in Illinois face reduced state support.
Historically, the Moraine Valley Faculty Association and Moraine Valley Support Staff Association have worked in a spirit of partnership with the Moraine Valley Board of Trustees to offer affordable, high-quality education to our district. Our associations seek to maintain a culture of innovation, cooperation, and integrity within our campus community. We believe that these candidates will help us maintain our high standards and record of success.
The Faculty Association and Support Staff Association urge you to vote on Tuesday, April 9th, and we urge you to vote for John Brosnan Donahue, Sandra S. Wagner, Joseph P. Murphy, and Andrea Ramirez-Justin.
